School uniforms
Not seen nowadays - except in "posh" areas.
I remember my mum would put me in short trousers for the spring, summer and autumn terms - right up to about when I was 10. Long trousers only when it got really cold.
God...............how I hated those short trousers.

Sixth form was great - you could release all the aggro you got from the previous 5 years on the scroats in lower years and get away with it, cos you were a prefect.
Not that I would pick on the little kids of course - only those who really deserved it...

? I must have some booze. I demand to have some booze.
? This place has become impossible. Nothing to eat, freezing cold and now a madman on the prowl outside with eels.

I hated school as well.
I actually pity people who think that your school days are the best days of your life. You don't actually spend that many years of your life at school, and it's never ever going to get better than that in the next 60 years or more? I don't think so.
I am so much happier now than I was at school.
Oh, and I think school uniforms are a good thing.

No. I caught the bug off my Dad last night. Of course it happens to be the most perfect timing ever! I swear I've just sneezed- and the largest string of snotty bogey just came out of my nose and landed on my typing hand. That is just so Damn disgusting, I may puke. Yes, with a capital D.
Even a stopped clock tells the right time twice a day.
