My Junior School held an annual conker championship and I remember winning it when in the third year - beating a fourth year in the final. My prize was a huge bar of Suchards chocolate which was very exotic, but is now common place and renamed Milka
There is no such thing as bad weather - just the wrong clothes.

Nowadays you can only play conkers in school if you wear the regulation safety gear - goggles, helmet, gauntlets, full suit of armour... :?
? I must have some booze. I demand to have some booze.
? This place has become impossible. Nothing to eat, freezing cold and now a madman on the prowl outside with eels.
