"Reality" TV

You've probably worked this out. Current programmes you could live without.

Tonights the night.

The 2nd and 3rd were good (didn't watch the 1st) but Oh so bored of it now.

Big Brother, you have been evicted, please leave this world

Do you like this:

My new TV has got no knobs,
It's smoother than a marble bowl
I'm sure that's great for designer snobs
But where's the damned remote control?

Big Brother's on the air again
Polluting my TV
Who was it said "Mankind can't bear
Too much reality"?

Sir Noel Coward drawled when asked
What programs he thought shone;
"TV is not for watching, dear-
It's just for being on."

You should go into publishing. 'The collected thoughts of Starz'

I often channel hop in the hope of finding something worth watching on the 8 billion free channels.
I can now recognise programs like big brother in about 2.5 seconds, and I can truthfully say I have never watched ANY reality tv show for more than 5 minutes.
I got caught out once when I saw a nightvision bedroom scene of someone fast asleep - I thought it might be a documentary on sleep disorders - no - it was big brother and no one was even awake! What dross! If I want to see nothing happening on my TV, I just switch it off and save on the electric!
