Top Gear

You've probably worked this out. Current programmes you could live without.

8pm on a Sunday evening pitched against Heartbeat or whatever its called is hardly competiition is it. Given that choice, I would rather watch Top Gear as well. I dont mind any of them really. They do an OK job and its reasonably inoffensive stuff. TV doesnt get me worked up or annoyed like some. If theres something on I dont like, I turn it over or off. Its not rocket science.
I dont like Eastenders - so I dont watch it.
I do like 2 pints of lager - so I do watch it.
I tried that new BBC comedy the other Friday night - Jam and Jerusalem - it got rave reviews so I thought give it a whirl. Never even got through the half hour. Sad, tired, predictable and typically BBC. Not funny.
Dinner Ladies was so much better - in another class.

Fifth Gear is actually a better show than Top Gear in my opinion. OK, its a copy, but its better because of it. And VBH could polish my chromework any day she wanted. Not that that is an influence of course.

Woohoo! Sunday approaches, and the (much delayed) return of Top Gear!

You will be watching it - if only for the incredible crash footage of the hamster...

I watched it, of course. I'm so pleased the Hamster's back to normal. And he can come round and eat my celery any day.

Hmm...something's wrong with the wording there... :?

My god- I quite like him too... he's old enough to be my Dad... must stop using dot dot dot...
SNAP OUT OF IT, STARZ!
It's probably cos he's so small, and I want to bundle him up and cuddle him and put him in a matchbox filled with cotton wool, and keep it under my bed. Ahem. I shall go now.

Aw, it's probably just a teenage crush, Starz ;) At least you've got good taste, anyway.

I like him cos he's got lovely big eyes and he's got a lovely smile, and he's funny. I do prefer tall men, but in his case, I'm willing to make an exception.

Slightly disappointing show this week - the highlight was Captain Slow taking a Veyron to over 250mph

HELL YEAH- I'm actually 84. I go for a blue rinse each week, and I have a nice girl who comes in to help me get dressed. I have a commode too!

FOR GOD'S SAKE. WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME?

You're not doing a very good job of impersonating my Mum (86): she'd NEVER write or even say 'YEAH'
