Ludo

Post by mitsy » Wed Feb 21, 2007 4:37 pm

I used to spend hours playing this (when my best friends parents took us to the pub, we used to sit under the table with a Britvit 55 and a bag of KP salt and vinegar playing Ludo) I have not seen it for years though. Is it still around?

:)

Yes, you can still get ludo in places like Woolies.
I used to like 'Frustration', with its popmatic doobry
? I must have some booze. I demand to have some booze.
? This place has become impossible. Nothing to eat, freezing cold and now a madman on the prowl outside with eels.

(Was it called Frustration? Suddenly having doubts about the name. Oh, the frustration of it all!)

Ludo is very popular in the royal navy (for some weird reason) except they call it "uckers".

Yes, it was... used to drive my mam potty listening to me and my sister popping all day long.

Oh Frustration, that game was cool because it was actually the adults who got fustrated :D . Think I may have to pop down to woolies and reacquaint myself with Ludo / Uckers just incase I ever bump into a handsome sailor.. Mind you I am sure that we could think of better things to do   .. I am glad I am typing this a work and not at home :)
