There's no such thing as being 'practically' a Professor. You either are or you aren't. I read on another thread Panda actually has a Master's Degree, as do I. I have yet to start referring to myself as a Professor and I certainly wouldn't show off about a non-existent qualification by underlining certain words in my posts!
